New FWA North School Announced! – Posted 18.02.04

The Future-Shock Wrestling Gym are proud to announce the official opening of Manchester’s newest and North-England’s best equiped professional wrestling school.
Situated in the heart of Manchester’s city centre and 5 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly train & coach station. The gym offers the only american style 20×20 wrestling ring permenantley erected in the U.K.
As well as over 40 foot of matted training area. The gym also has the most state of the art free weights, machines and cardio equipment of any pro-wrestling gym in Europe, plus an array of punch and kick bags, gloves etc.
Each week a different top name from the U.K scene will take Sunday training offering students the most comprehensive training possible.
Trial classes have already been taken by British Heavyweight Champion and world wide wrestling star Doug Williams, Former Heavyweight and Tag Champion and FWA Managing Director “The Showstealer” Alex Shane and multiple FWA tag team and All-England Champion Paul Travell as well as POW’s 2001 Rookie of the year James Tighe.
The School is working very closely with The Frontier Wrestling Alliance, due to this future classes will be taken by not only other members of their roster but also various international stars who are taking part in upcoming FWA events.
Training times are:
2pm – 6pm on Saturdays
4pm – 8pm on Sundays
Normal training prices:
Saturdays – £10 to take part , £5 to spectate
Sundays – £10 to take part , £5 to spectate
Both days – £17
(prices may vary for special seminars)
Students have to be aged 14 and over
Females are also welcome

Directions on how to get there:
From Piccadilly train station go to the commonwealth games entrance where
the taxi rank is and follow the metal 3 foot railing round to the bus stop near
the road. Get the 219 bus and be ready to get of just after the used car centre on your left hand side and just before you get to the bridge walk down inder the bridge for about 1 minute and turn left after the seven stars pub and on your right hand side is a big brown building go through the door and walk up the stairs right to the top and go through the red door and then your there.
